Privacy Policy

Blake Transit Solutions is committed to protecting the privacy of every client and family we serve. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it confidential.

Effective July 2026

1. Our Commitment

Blake Transit Solutions provides non-emergency medical transportation for adults, seniors, and children. Because of the nature of our service, we understand that the information you share with us is personal and sensitive. We treat it that way. We collect only what we need to arrange safe, reliable transportation, and we never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Trip details — the service you need, preferred date and requested appointment time, pickup and drop-off locations, and your preferred method of contact.
  • Accessibility and care needs — mobility needs (such as ambulatory or wheelchair assistance) and any details you choose to share so we can transport you safely.
  • Anything you include in your message — any additional information you send us through the request form, by phone, or by email.

We ask only for the information necessary to schedule and provide your transportation. You are never required to share more than you are comfortable sharing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only to:

  • Schedule, confirm, and provide your transportation.
  • Communicate with you about your trip, including confirmations and follow-up.
  • Arrange billing and payment for services you request.
  • Keep accurate service records and respond to your questions or requests.
  • Meet our legal, safety, and record-keeping obligations.

4. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information

We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Your information stays confidential. The only limited circumstances in which your information may be shared are:

  • Trusted service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you — such as our email delivery and website hosting providers — and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us. These providers are bound to keep your information confidential.
  • When required by law — if we are legally obligated to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the safety of a client, our team, or the public.
  • With your permission — when you have asked us to share information on your behalf, for example with a family member, caregiver, or care facility.

5. Sensitive and Health-Related Information

Because we transport clients to and from medical appointments, some of the information you share may relate to your health or care. We treat this information as confidential and limit access to the team members who need it to arrange and provide your transportation. We do not use it for any purpose other than serving you.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to safeguard your information. Our website is served securely over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to your information is limited to authorized team members, and the credentials used to operate our systems are stored securely and never exposed publicly. While no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, we work to protect your information at every step.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide your transportation, maintain accurate service and billing records, and meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take steps to securely delete or dispose of it.

8. Children's Privacy

We provide transportation for children as part of our pediatric care service. Information about a minor is provided by a parent or legal guardian and is handled with the same confidentiality as all other client information. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

9. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website is designed to work without tracking you across the internet. We do not sell any information collected through the site, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising. Any information gathered to keep the site running is used only to operate and improve our own website.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to review the information we have about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. To make a request, simply contact us using the details below and we will be glad to help.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our services or legal obligations change. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
